Playfair steps

It's months and months since I walked to work.  It takes a long time, but is always great.  I realised this morning why cities with hot weather need to wash the streets.  Just like when snow comes, we're not really set up for this dryness. 

It rained today.  Downpour for about 20 minutes.  Annoyingly, it was much less down at our end.
