Want to live to be 100?

The Canadian Cottage Life magazine has a current article about “5 things you do at the cottage that help you live longer”.  They linked up these claims with various studies.

1.  Having your morning coffee.  studies  show coffee drinkers live longer.                check
2.  Being around plants.  yep, surrounded by nature is proving healthier.                   check
3..Swimming.  low impact aerobic exercise.   I think rowing on the water qualifies!  check
4.  Drinking Beer and Wine  In moderation of course.  good for your heart.                check
5.  Sleeping.  good for us,  including napping, good for our brains, lowers stress.     check

6.  I’d like to add: be around pets.   dogs especially. :-)                                              check

OK , got it covered.  :-)     But do I want to be 100?

(Lots of wind lately... hence the leaves.    calms late in the day but then it's very hot)
Finally got the flickr set for Grandchild camp to upload....for family..
