Keen Folks and Dusty Boxes

I went down to the Community Centre this morning to assist with the Heritage group's open morning. A slide show was running of photographs of the village, some very old and some taken more recently by members of our photographic group to document what the village looks like now. The intention is to create a hub for a living museum involving the whole village with an interactive online presence as well as a collection of artefacts.

I was taking photos of photographs that people had been enouraged to bring in, just to catalog them at this stage, not for the permanent record.

Lots of people attended, bringing things or coming to find out more and my blip is a view of some of the activity.
