Abandoned Bobsleigh Track

Today we went up in the cable car at Sarajevo. I was struck by how beautiful Sarajevo is surrounded by hills yet these hills played a role in how it became so tragic. At the top of the cable car is the Bobsleigh track from when they held the olympics in 1984. It's now covered in graffiti but makes for an interesting walk!
We also went to a very harrowing genocide museum - witnessing is so important yet difficult.
