14 July but already posted for that day but that photo was to go with 13th July!

At the farm to drop Charley off. Nell also delivered to kennels. All very sad to leave her but Eva sobbed her little heart out bless her. Had so much to sort out for the business and also the horses (added complication of having no grass at all so buying in extra hay because lime won't eat the stuff in the barn!) today, all with quite a hefty hangover. Feeling quite jittery about leaving the house after having the van stolen. Neighbours will be keeping an eye on things but I am still worried.

Andrea, Luca, Orla and Eliza were over for dinner so much excitement and the usual naked trampolining. Me, Mike and Mum went to put some flowers on Dad's grave. Still doesn't seem real. Later to bed than is sensible given we have to be up at 4.15 tomorrow :0/

Do you grow too old to be excited about holidays anymore or is it just cos have so much to organise in order to go away that I haven't been able to look forward to it.
