Mum's birthday

My niece & nephew had come to visit Mum, they managed to get a big card for her.

Can't have fresh flowers or candles in the hospital so I brought a balloon, banner, a bought madeira cake for Mum to cut & share with family & a tray-bake for other patients & staff to get a slice too.
