Freedom

Rememberance Day 2012 and I have been thinking on and off all day of those young men (including A's uncle, Patrick,) who gave their lives in WW1 so we could enjoy all the beautiful things in our part of the world and most of all our freedom.
Weatherwise - another tropical downpour yesterday evening and a beautiful clear crisp day today. Perfect for some weeding and clearing in the garden this morning and a brisk walk along the beach this afternoon. However - also thinking of all the Aussies who are facing the bushfires in South Australia at the moment and hoping they stay safe.
