Second attempt....

Kinda liked this image so i put up another piece of paper, the 400 grit sanded paper that i used to use all the time, i'd forgotten how much i loved the way the paper accepts and almost grabs the pastel, a very satisfying experience!

i'll leave it here for the time being.....i think the waterlilies look more like jellyfish, that's ok .... it's the colours and the composition i'm attracted to!

another sunny warm day and i've got the Closed sign out at the bottom of the hill....so no interruptions.  legs feeling a little less wobbly today!
