Evening light

After several stunning days, today was cool and damp. It was a perfect day for doing not much. Elsie and her parents visited, bringing fresh bread to go with soup for lunch, we inspected Brett's current house project, did a little shopping, snoozed and then cooked roast lamb to eat with a friend for dinner. Roast lamb cooked over sliced potatoes layered with rosemary, onions, and garlic. Served with fresh green beans and a glass of sauvignon. All in all a very satisfactory Sunday.
