The springer sprawl

This one needs no help relaxing.. Lush sunday, early walk to avoid the heat, back fired a little when it was 21degrees at 9. Never known a spell like it, and lived here for 40 years. Taken out for lunch as it was our 99days anniversary, was delicious. He spoils me. Then Tennis, football and roast chicken dinner with Mum. We watched A Man called Ove. It's a Swedish film, subtitled...it's wonderful, the right mix of humour and poignancy. If you watch one thing it should be this. Perfect Sunday..and feeling pretty good too.
