View of the Shard

It was a very pleasant day in London meeting up with some friends from the RPS Visual Arts group - good to hear that we all have places on the Autumn weekend away in Wareham.  It was rather like a blipmeet in that the chat and catching up was as equally important as any photography.  After a wander along South Bank taking in coffee, and lunch, we finished at Tate Modern to look at the building and also the 'Shape of Light' exhibition.

Using my wide angle lens, I played around with getting starbursts and rather liked this minimalist image of the Shard!
