Sons New Toy

My son has spent a lot of time looking for a VW and he finally found one.  It's a 1962.  My hubby drove him to Daytona to pick it up and follow him back home as the car was bought "as is".  As happens with a vehicle this old and not driven much, it broke down about 30 miles out and had to be towed the rest of the way home.  After they looked it over, it will need a bit of engine work but is in pretty good shape considering it's 56 years old.  The extra is the front interior.
