A promise of things to come?

We are in Switzerland to stay with Hilary (Hilary's View) and David. Hilary has promised us lots of sightings of animals to say nothing of butterflies and plants. 
This deer appeared in the field just above the house and obligingly stood still while I blipped her - unlike her little fawn which was running round and round the field at break neck speed and failed to stay in shot for a second!
