Angel Of The South Or Withy Man

As we were driving home along the M5 motorway near Bridgwater in Somerset, we saw this Wicker Man sculpture. It was sculpted by Serena de la Hey, and marks the Millennium. It celebrates the role of willow in the ecology and craft traditions of the Somerset Levels.
I cannot say it is my favourite sculpture but it is certainly striking as you drive along the motorway. I prefer the Angel Of The North.
