Triumph!!!

What fun to have a Monday night barbecue supper party.. it is not normal to entertain on a monday but it was the only day that fitted for the people we wanted here.. hey ho!!  Having nearly fried for most of the day at 7pm the clouds rolled over us and a huge wind picked up but as our guests arrived we gave them all a refreshing lolly instead of a drink.  The difference with the lollies was that they were made with Gin and Tonic!!!!   They were absolutely delicious and will be this years fixture on the menu when we entertain.. actually why wait to entertain... l am looking forward to tomorrow night when Mr S comes home from work we can each have a lolly.... hmm... then there will only be one left.. perhaps l will sneak that one for myself with the excuse of making room to make more!!! (for Breakfast perhaps ????  :)  )
