Red-naped Sapsucker

I think this must be a juvenile but I'm almost positive on the ID.  I was lucky to spot her in a tree as we were driving and we got stopped in time for me to get a few shots before she flew.  I didn't notice all the holes in the tree until I saw this on the computer.  I guess it's a favorite pecking tree!

I am grateful that we took the shortcut back from the grocery store this morning or I wouldn't have seen this bird!
