Not everything is easy

Running got hard again. I haven't been running since late August/early September so when the girls and I went for a very casual jog I found myself struggling more than I remember.
It was lovely to get back into it and despite shaking with nerves before we went I enjoyed myself.
I managed to rub through my ankles and bled on my socks and trainers, a little red medal of my small achievement :)
