Thought I'd bought a lemon

Her is a picture of one of my pride and joys. Bought a lemon tree the first yer i was here, it had two lemons on which duly dropped and were sliced in a glass or two of lemonade(!) Then..... nothing, nada, no lemons for the next two seasons, at one stage truly thought I had killed the plant all together. Then a few weeks ago I noticed a little green nodule where the flowers had been. And now bigger and more beautiful green nodules mean that I will get lemons again :-)))))
Don't ask me why but the ability to grow lemons is something I've come to associate with NZ
