Gazpacho
Friends for dinner tomorrow night. Was thinking about making gazpacho. Coincidently husband came home from tennis yesterday saying ‘G’ fancied just that (he and his wife are good friends, so no problem there).
This morning made it. The executive chef can now have the kitchen to himself tomorrow. Saves arguments about who’s making a mess (or in my case apparently doing everything wrong).
I prepared the ingredients, remembering Jamie’s technique for removing the TINY seeds of the peppper (by pushing the stalk inside). And followed Delia Smith’s recipe as you can’t go wrong with them
