Patience rewarded

Another butterfly hunt this morning and came across male and female common blues, but the treat of the day was this White Lettered Hairstreak.  I saw one briefly last year and enticed it onto my finger but had forgotten how very small they are.

They aren't common so I was delighted to see it.

On another note, I managed to get a Gold award for last month's project with Practical Photography's Olympus Camera School.  This month's topic is much more difficult.
