Purpose...

My son asked me, "Why are we here, what is our purpose?" I think this is a question most if us have asked ourselves at some point in our life. Personally I think we should try to encourage others, be kind, be helpful, share compassion and teach our children humanity, humility and respect for others - people, animals, plants and our planet. Pondering that I found beauty in this trio of gates. They may now not serve the purpose they once did, but maybe they can teach us a lesson of beauty, hard work and stead fastness in a world of change and uncertainty they stand resilient and strong.
