Home from another long day at the hospital. I took one photo today, with my iPhone, and this is it. Although it seems that she is going to be in hospital longer than we’d hoped, she was in better spirits today. She was all scrunched into her bed, covers pulled up around her chin, and we were talking about something that made her laugh. Click. Blip.

When I arrived a little before 7 this morning, she and Hubs were both asleep. Since neither of them had slept the night before, this was a welcome sight. So, I just waited quietly until Hubs woke up. He gave me the cliff notes from his “shift” before heading home. This afternoon, she had a procedure scheduled and we were both with her for that (well, until the radiologist made us leave the room). Expect results tomorrow.
