Rudbeckia head after flowering

Love this plant, all the way from its funny face buds to its glorious white flower to its flowerless head as shown.

Took this after a long and frustrating walk from Lindley Wood resevoir in NYorkshire to Fewston. The path was poorly signed and treefellers on Gareth Southgate’s estate in Fewston created so much debris I tripped and landed on my brand new camera. Thankfully no harm done to me or camera but really shook up!So, glad to get back to my safe garden and my macro shots!
