Mex"cunian"

Now, I'm not sure if this chappy is a Mexican or a Mancunian .
What ever he is, he certainly draws a crowd with his pan pipe music.
Where ever he is , there is usually quite a crowd , with feet tapping and a bit of bobbing about ( the Mancs are a reserved lot ! ). His music drifts down through the city centre , making us all think we are in Mexico ............. if only !
