8.a.m. ......

...... Calm!!
It looks as if I live in the country and really I don't ( tho' it's only a few minutes away ).
Outside it is quiet and calm but I'm sure it's shaping up to be very warm/ hot again.
Will be getting my back treatment this a.m. then I must tackle the ironing. Not much else going on, I've got a few bits of cuttings to clear in the garden, recon that will keep me busy for the day.

Grateful ..... that I can keep doing little things even tho' it's not enough but better than nothing.
