Back to ‘Our’ River......

......Today we introduced Beetle to our favourite river....the Brunswick.
Jaiya was feeling a bit better so we drove south into a glorious winters day.

The day had started off in a strange way.......I was informed that it was my best friends birthday and I had completely forgotten.........FB informed me that it was a special friends day with my friend Dianne who passed a few years ago...then as I scrolled down I got an old message from my other dear friend Trinda saying that I needed to check out an art website and that it was lovely having a cup of tea with me the other day.........she has also passed. Tears fell...I miss my beautiful friends and it was so strange that it all happened at the same time.

Beetle loved the river and I felt so at home there.....The boy also loved being back and took a trip down Memory Lane......even so as we drove home I felt welcomed by ‘our’ mountains and it was good to be home.....here.
