I found a new footpath (behind the overspill carpark at the Farmshop/Cafe) from which this was taken. I took a different path back at the end of which the old, low, five-barred gate was padlocked. I had to weigh up the expenditure of energy required to retrace my steps to the original path against that required to climb over the gate. I climbed over the gate.

Parted with money in the farmshop and a reading afternoon at home will now be enjoyed.
