Midge-trap.

Latest, accidental, version.
Note to none-locals:-
The House-Fly (Musca domestica) is referred to by many cumbrians as a "Midge". And YES spill Chucker "Domestica" IS a word.  :¬(
I fried a Sea Bass fillet for a meal and left the pan for a while. By the time the pan was cold, handleable and washable I'd manage to reduce the Midge infestation by about 1/2. There were 2 in the little oil in the pan and one come to a sticky end on the pan side.
I then left it on purpose - no more victims. I wonder if the smell when warm attracted them and it was cool enough to, metaphorically, dive in.
