Watching and waiting

Not such a hot day and there has been quite a bit of grey cloud. But still no rain.

Ella and I had a tasty meal at PizzaExpress in Chislehurst . Their Wednesday 2 meals for £10 is a good deal and my artichoke, spinach and parrmesan risotto was delicious.

We had a quick walk around the common and saw a lovely house for sale. As it is priced at £1.6m I don't think we shall be viewing it.

Back home, we refilled the big metal troughs for the ducks . Hoppy goose waited patiently and watched our every move.

My extra is of Smudge, also watching and waiting, and hoping for a sight of a rat.
