Right, I saw this guy issuing fines at about 4am. I was still up because I was busy watching dramas, hahaha! Poor guy who got the fine, but it's his fault in the first place to be parking illegally~

Had fun talking lots of crap with Mardy through the phone today. Managed to kill my boredom at work!

P.s: My cousin is telling me that this is a female. I SWEAR IS A HE!!! Hahahaha~
