Four Spotted Chaser

At least I think that's what this dragonfly is! It's one of several creatures we saw today on a trip out to Chambers Wood. It's always a good place to have a walk round, there's usually plenty to see. 

On the way back we called into KFC for some lunch. I will get back into my healthy eating next week though!

Later I had to go to work of course. It was incredibly hot in there - it felt hotter than last week despite being a bit cooler outside. We weren't very busy again...
