I went very early to the Salmon Creek Trail and walked about 5 miles, but there was very little to photograph.  Usually I find all kinds of birds, deer, plants...I had not been in a couple of weeks and the water has really dried up and the grasses are so tall!  It's like walking through a tunnel and you can't really see much, so I had to take this seed head that had caught on some of the grass.

Shirleyray and her husband arrive tomorrow!  So excited to see them, and have a grand adventure.
