Hotel Albuquerque

I spent two days here with the New mexico Association of Museums. A wonderful venue, but they refused to refund the Association for the unused u=rooms. Magnanimously, they cut the penalty in half and only charged them $5,500. Needless to say they will not be back, not will any of the members recommend the hotel to new visitors. That's a pity, but is that any way to do business?
