Wisteria

The best time to visit Lake Como is maybe late Spring early summer as the gardens are at their best. This being late April I suppose it is late Spring. There is wisteria everywhere we look.

Today the ferry took us to Varenna. In view of the weather we did not have lunch in our usual restart on the square, instead we sat inside at a small bar next to the lake. It was cloudy, and on the way back we even sat inside on the ferry.

Yes the gardens may be at their best, but the weather cannot always be relied upon.
