We will remember them

Today at Finn's usual swimming lesson it dawned on me that is was Remembrance Sunday. While Finn and his daddy enjoyed their swim, including lots of dips under water I thought about all the people I should remember who had touched my life. So today I remember grand parents who survived the hardships and atrocities of war. I remember my granddad's tales of how he had survived two sinking ships while working in the engine room of ships in the Second World War. I also remember friends and friends loved ones who are no longer with us who served their country with pride. I salute them all.
