OMG - my replacement, at last !

I haven't even opened the box yet, but I'm so happy. A very, very long saga has ended with a free replacement of my MacBook. Not only that but they have unexpectedly delivered the very latest model, which was only launched last week.

Thank you to all those support workers who helped me in proving the machine needed replacing.

I'll be back to 'blipping' again after months of intermittent activity. See you soon.
