Tyninghame Woods
These two images taken in different parts of Tyninghame Woods speak to me of former times. The slightly mysterious upper shot with its solid cement cubes set on the edge of the woods adjacent to the beach reminds me of World War Two as they are a defence against enemy invasion. The lower shot with its rusty iron gate makes me think of grander times when maybe horse-drawn carriages used to pass this way.
