Running

Quiet morning of administration and I sat too long this afternoon watching the Tour de France.   I decided to run late afternoon - outside although it was humid and I'm struggling with allergies.  Mistake - I ran 5.2 miles at an ultra slow pace and am absolutely exhausted this evening - it looks like I'll have to continue to up my miles in the gym.
