did I mention the rain?

I woke up at 4:30am to thunder & rain this morning. I fell back asleep, but woke up to heavy rain around 6:30am. Fortunately, it stopped soon after we got up around 8am. Yay! Steve could take our dog outside without getting too wet - and much less struggle to leave the dry house! All was calm for a few hours, but then rained again around noon for maybe 45 mins. The afternoon was clear until 4:30pm, when it rained again. That got Steve & I out of our big splash pool! Did I mention this is the rainy season in Florida?? I do wish I could send some of our rain to those of you who need it. I will add a couple other rainy day photos to the extras - I'm happy the rain keeps my photo taking interesting :o).  I love the way it puddles up in the bromeliad above . . .
