We use every single part of the fish we keep. We filet and skin the fish.The filet is for us! The carcass is used in our crab pots as bait. The belly wall and skin is fed to the seagulls who watch and wait for it to be tossed out to them! Nothing wasted! We had 77 perch between the 2 fishing parties to be divided between 6 families.
