That strange shape in the distance is The Singing Ringing Tree on the moors above Burnley. Its built from pipes which make a strange sound when the wind blows over them (which up there is a lot !!)

Anyone of a certain age who remembers the Singing Ringing Tree on childrens TV in the 60s will also recall being a bit scared... there was all sorts of wierdness going on !
