Golden Glow

My back still isn't right. When I phoned the osteopath I was told he was fulling book but I could go on waiting list if there was cancellation. I was lucky and got to see. Hopefully things many improve.

After yesterdays Migraine I feel a bit washed out and only have a slight headache. I did start and sort out some things to take away with me today.

When I took a walk around the garden I noticed this Marigold seem to be glowing in the later afternoon sun.

After a good frost we did get some sun. In the afternoon some clouds started to appear. It didn't feel very warm to me. It was to have been a warm day. Strong Nor-West winds are predicted for tomorrow and Sunday. We could be in for a bumpy flight!
