Cigs - a side project

Whilst Cigs climbs the corporate ladder in his burgeoning career in the legal world / settles into married life / settles into parenthood / is incarcerated due to crimes against Councillor Rose*, there's a dearth of material to blip. until I spotted that there's a bunch of No Entry signs in central Embra that have been tampered with.
