Workers Marching

We flew from Zurich this morning back to Newark Airport, on United Airlines . While we were waiting for our limousine service, this group marched past (pausing for my camera :)  I quote from their modest handout:  "We make the food served on board United flights.  United is trying to deny us our right to vote in a union election!"  (Here's probably the last such demonstration I blipped--in Paris, where they occur more often than on this side of the pond.) The ride to our NYC apartment was routine, and we had a restful afternoon; Our friends Dodee and Bob invited us to a lovely dinner at their place. They travel at least as much as we do--the  last time we had seen Dodee (just her) was just after we had arrived in Paris last January :)

It's amusing that yesterday's blip has a strikingly similar combination of red and blue!
