Final Performance

So tonight was the final performance of three of Peter Pan Junior. Carys has all of three lines but she seemed more pleased with the fact she was second runner all nights, behind the scenes.

After was the Yr6 presentation. They all listened to lovely speeches from Mr. Hankin, the Chair of Governors, and from Mrs. Driver, the Head. They were presented with their William Ransom pens and then sang the leaving song. We were then treated to a slideshow of the last seven years of their school life. It was emotional to say the least, Carys cried ( I may have had something in my eye) as did some of the others. One of the boys started them off. She's had a wonderful seven years. I won't pretend it has all been plain sailing, there have been a number of nasty incidents from 'friends' but with the help of two teachers in particular the last two years have been more smooth and I know Carys will be sad to leave.
