Friends

As I prepare to depart for foreign climes, I dined with my very great friend Paul and his lovely family.

If it were not for them, I would never have come through this past year in one piece and would certainly not be in the place I am now: rejuvenated, refreshed and raring to go!

So it is with some sadness that I leave the Borders, but also with such gratitude that I cannot put into words.

Actually, I'm also as excited as anything. Two more sleeps!!
