Pole Position

A fab Friday night trying my hand at pole dancing, and yes I now have bruises where no bruises have been before! But great fun and favourite move of the night was a martini spin. But on the anytime, anyplace, anywhere I think it will take me till next week to let the bruises and aches go away.
