Celebration
My friend Martina wanted to celebrate yesterday - and it so happened she owed me a dinner- perfect coincidence! We went to o’Connels in South Melbourne- a serious gastropub. This was a persimmon tarte tatin, perfectly glazed with toffee. Oh and speculaas spiced ice cream, only if I were to make speculaas ice cream I would definitely make it with crushed speculaas, not just the spice!!!
