Tangled webs

Senior team today and the results of the review. Lots of debate and challenge. Lots of stuff very sensible but think they've decided what resources we will have to do any remaining changes before having decided what the changes are. And my job is more difficult as as I thought it looks like lots changes I needed aren't happening. It will be a busy rest of summer- and autumn!
