Racing across the water

This morning a steady start to the day again and then as planned a trip to the Brayford to grab a few shots of the Dragon boat racing. A lovely sunny day plenty of people enjoying watching and also plenty taking part. It was a lot better run than last year  things running smoother the thing that helped was that they had 6 boats this year to allow for the  crews in the next race  not having to wait for the race before to finish.
This shot shows 2 of the boats racing towards me. I hung around to watch 4 races then had to go get Julie picked up from her Mum & Dads.  For those of you that are interested a few more shots can be seen HERE
